When to change a timing belt on a Vauxhall Vectra Diesel 2007 1.9 CDTI?

Hi, Im a little confused on when to get the Timing belt changed on my Vectra. I have seen many people say anything from 36000 miles up to 100000. I would be really appreciative if someone could tell me for sure. Somewhat doubtful, i'm going to get mine done at 65, 000 and have the water pump replaced too.
