Does anyone know the intervals for the timing belt change on a MG ZS 180 (2001)?

Need to know the intervals for the timing belt change and a rough idea of cost.Does anyone know the intervals for the timing belt change on a MG ZS 180 (2001)?rover recomend 25/45/zr/zs/75 every 90,000 or six years whatever first,remove and install is two hours work, hope this helps robDoes anyone know the intervals for the timing belt change on a MG ZS 180 (2001)?the norm on all timing belts is about 60k miles. although they will run up to about 90k miles...it isn't reccomended as it will go on you without warning and leave you stranded.

They are a lot cheaper than them snapping and the pistons shutting the valves for you!
