Which ever comes first. You are due for a replacement. Get it done soon. A broken timing belt CAN cause engine damage. Following items should also be replaced along with the timing belt.

1. cam seal(s)

2. crank seal

3. balancer shaft seal

4. oil pump o-ring

5. balancer shaft belt

6. tensioner

7. waterpump

8. all accessory belts

If it includes all of the items listed above, $900 is an excellent price. If not, let me know. I will tell you whether it is fair or not. When to change the timing belt for honda accord -2000?2 Honda dealers told me at 120K miles
