Timing belt change daihatsu f73 1998 r plate?

hi can anybody help me with advice on changing my timing belt on a daihatsu fourtrak f73 model as there seems to be no manuals for this i`ve been to milners off road and they said there`s no manual on this. i`ve changed timing belts on peugeot diesels and fords and cars like that but never had to work on one of these before. please help many thanks for reading this.Timing belt change daihatsu f73 1998 r plate?Try Haynes on line.
